Govan Brown

 mOVEMBER 2014

For a third consecutive year, Govan Brown employees across Canada ditched their razors for the month of November in favor of some outstanding mustaches. The international Movember movement was created to raise awareness about the state of men's health issues while also being a catalyst for fundraising efforts and change Govan Brown's focus for the month was to raise awarene-

ss and encourage men in our industry, as well as our business partners, to be vigilant and proactive when assessing their medical condition. Our marketing team kicked off the month by distributing photo-shopped images of all the partners across Canada with superimposed mustaches on their faces with men's health statistics captioned below. For the month, we encouraged our empl-

oyees across the country to either grow great mustaches or support the cause. At the end of the month, each branch's best mustache was awarded tickets to see their local basketball or hockey team. Without further ado, the winners are: Dylan Marquis from Vancouver, Sean Moraes from Calgary, Phil Goodall from Ottawa, and Hooman Emami from Toronto.
